We’ve heard many stories in recent days from brands advising us their buyers are not able to attend market due to coronavirus. They have shared the success they are having with JOOR’s virtual showrooms, allowing them to continue uninterrupted business, albeit remotely.
I am reaching out to let you know of their success and remind you that you are not alone. These are tough times for the industry, and as we all navigate this health crisis together, there are some things you can do to allow for a smoother process. Know that our team is here to support you in any way, including training, to ensure that you have a successful selling season.
Here are some best practices for JOOR Pro brands:
1. Share linesheet link with buyers directly through JOOR
Buyers will be sent a link via email, prompting them to log into JOOR where they will be brought directly to a shoppable linesheet. For step-by-step instructions on how to share a linesheet link, click here..
2. Encourage buyers to place web orders on JOOR
Distribute this retailer guide template and provide your retailers with a step-by-step guide on how to place orders on JOOR. You can customize this to include your brand logo and name. Retail partner not on JOOR? Contact your Customer Service Manager or chat with support to see how we can get them set up quickly.
3. Send an “absentee ballot” to remote buyers (i.e. an Excel order template)
Retailers can quantify their orders in an Excel purchase form which includes images and style information. This can be imported directly into JOOR from your orders list page. You can also share a PDF version of the linesheet for larger images and more style information. For assistance, contact your CSM or get step-by-step instructions.
