Under Kristin's leadership, JOOR has grown to become the world's largest digital wholesale platform with more than 12,500 brands and 300,000 curated retailers transacting on the site. Prior to JOOR, Kristin was President of the Local Marketplace at XO Group Inc., parent company to The Knot, and has also held buyer and regional director positions at Macy's and Linens N' Things.


Rich is an experienced data-driven finance leader with deep experience in strategic finance, fintech, and capital markets. Prior to JOOR, Rich was CFO at Fund That Flip, a leading platform for real estate investors, where he scaled the finance organization to support revenue growth of more than 600% during his two years with the company. Before that, Rich was CFO at Link Capital and spent 15 years in investment banking and capital markets at Barclays and Lehman Brothers.

Amanda has 20 years of fashion industry experience in marketing and general management roles, delivering both brand and business growth for global organizations. Prior to JOOR, Amanda held the positions of President & Managing Director of North America for Pronovias Group and SVP of Marketing at Ralph Lauren. Before that, Amanda oversaw marketing and advertising at Michael Kors, where she was also responsible for the launch and ongoing management of the e-commerce business.


Iván is the Vice President of Technology at JOOR, where he leads professional services, engineering strategy, platform modernization, and the company’s AI transformation. With over 20 years of experience spanning startups and enterprise organizations, Iván has built and scaled high-performing engineering teams across multiple continents, always believing that the best leaders stay close to the technology.


Jennifer is a product leader with over 20 years of experience across retail, analytics, and technology. Prior to JOOR, she was Chief Product Officer at Trendalytics, an AI-powered trend forecasting platform, where she helped scale the business and led the company through a successful acquisition. With a background in merchandising and planning at Saks Fifth Avenue and Bloomingdale's, Jennifer combines operational experience with product leadership to build solutions that meet the needs of both brands and retailers.


Nicola has over 13 years of experience leading all aspects of Human Resources in the retail merchandising, sporting event, and tech industries. She is joining us from Kickstarter, a crowdfunding platform for creative projects where she oversaw people operations, learning & development, and performance management. Nicola is an NLP Business practitioner with a passion for coaching and thrives in creating the best workplace experience to help retain and motivate employees.
